Cyclone Creek Upthrust

The Horizontal Waterfall wasn’t flowing when we arrived in Talbot Bay so into the dinghies again and off up Cyclone Creek, a huge flooded valley with spectacular views of the convoluted tilting of this ancient seabed into the cliffs and gorges of the Kimberley. Cyclone Creek is so named as it’s narrow twisting path provides good protection from the summer cyclones of the area for boating people.
