Late this afternoon I realised I hadn’t thought about this month’s Take Twelve and hence no images! With a couple of hours of daylight left I made the vegetable garden my studio and set about seeing what was still there to shoot. Surprisingly quite a lot and I had no trouble coming up with the 12 images. The weather has been so mild the Paw Paw is in full fruit and I picked the last of the Dragon Fruit today, normally it is finished by March. The Fruits of Autumn. A bountiful time of the year, new season apples, fresh figs, persimmons, lemons and capsicum. Capsicums are related to tomatoes and both are fruits although we grow them in our vegetable gardens. Confused? That’s English for you, but they all taste good.
