Looking through the bandstand to Grotto Point and its lighthouse. It stands directly opposite the entrance to Sydney harbour and must give a good visual sighting in all weathers for ships entering the harbour.
A small rocky island is attached to the beach at Balmoral by sand and a man made concrete bridge. It is a glorious spot to watch the water and yatchs from and big enough that people can have picnics and not get in each others way.
I didn’t go into the glasshouse at the Sydney Botanic Gardens but had a lovely time talking shots through the dirty glass on one side and these are some of the photos. They give a different look to the plants inside.
A multiple exposure at Luna Park of the ferris wheel. This was taken in Sydney on an overcast morning. We went for sunrise which didn’t happen and so I spent most of my time with slow shutter speed and multiple exposure play and had a lot of fun
